First Wine of Summer 2025

Hello wine lovers I start out my #summer2025 #wine #drinking tour with a unique wine from @popcorncellars it's a 2020 Chardonnay with a nice buttery oaky flavor straight from #Monterey #California

Personal note: 

Buttery, creamy, slightly Floral, citrus, Oaky, smokey, middle of the tongue, smooth crisp finish, slightly acidic, stone fruit, asphalt.

Popcorn Chardonnay is sourced from California's cool-climate coastal vineyards. Subtle oak aging rounds out the crisp, cool-climate coastal fruit for a fresh and juicy finish. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish and seafood. Personal overview: a nice extra dry wine with buttery creamy notes. Pseudo Floral with Citrus undertones a nice dessert wine or sipping wine.
